About Me

Hi, I'm Ambre (pronounced Amber), founder of Woman To Warrior.

I'm a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist — but more importantly, I help women build strong, confident bodies without giving up their lifestyle.

Because training should add to your life — not take it over.

I love training.  I love good food.  I love a full social calendar... and yes, the occasional cocktail too!  And I'm here to show you that you don't have to give any of that up to feel confident in your body.

If you're ready to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control — then you're in the right place.

My Journey

Fitness and nutrition have been a part of my life for around 8 years now — alongside a full-time career in finance in the City of London.

So I know what it's like trying to fit everything in.  Early mornings, long days, workouts squeezed in where you can, dinners out, weekends that don't always look perfect...

For a long time, I thought I had to choose.  Be "all in" with fitness, or enjoy my life.

And every time I tried to swing too far one way, it never lasted.

It wasn't until I found a way to bring everything together — training, food, social life — that things finally clicked.

That's where my ethos comes from:

When your life feels balanced, everything else becomes easier to sustain.

Why I Do This

I know how confusing the fitness space can feel.

One minute you're told to cut carbs, the next they're essential.  One person swears by one method, someone else completely contradicts it.

And then you've got people showing incredible results... without showing what it actually takes behind the scenes.

It's a lot.

I've been there — overthinking it, trying to do everything "perfectly", and still feeling like I wasn't getting it right.

That's why I became a coach.

Not to add to the noise, but to simplify it.

You don't need more information — you need a way to make it work for you.

——

My Approach

I don't believe in extremes or all-or-nothing thinking.

I believe in building something that actually fits into your life.

That means:

•  Training with purpose — not punishment

•  Eating in a way that fuels you — not restricts you

•  Creating habits you can stick to — even on your busiest weeks

Because consistency comes from things that feel doable, not perfect.

Cozy Morning Moment
My Promise

My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and comfortable in your own routine — not someone else's.

To help you:

•  Walk into the gym knowing exactly what you're doing

•  Enjoy meals out without guilt or overthinking

•  Feel in control of your nutrition without it taking over your life

•  And build a version of "fit" that actually works for you

Because this isn't about quick fixes or short-term results.

It's about creating a lifestyle you don't feel the need to escape from.
